Do you take insurance?We are a cash-based practice, allowing us to spend the time needed to truly understand your health and create a personalized plan. However, there are opportunities to explore utilizing FSA/HSA funds for visit fees and supplements as. for patients in FL/IL/MA superbill’s can also be generated to submit to insurance for potential reimbursement. Patient’s have had some luck in IL/FL as we bill for medical nutrition therapy.
What kind of education do naturopathic doctors have? Licensed Naturopathic Doctors (ND) complete a 4+ year graduate-level medical program, over 1,200 hours of supervised clinical training, and must pass two national licensing examinations. Their education includes biomedical sciences alongside clinical nutrition, botanical medicine, and other evidence-informed natural therapies.

What if you are not licensed in my state?Dr. Amanda Scott currently holds active licenses in Massachusetts for Naturopathic Medicine and Florida and Illinois as a licensed dietitian nutritionist. She practices under the legal scope of each license for each respective state. We will soon be launching health coaching options which will be available country-wide.
